
Account Manager / Account Executive
You like dealing with people and enjoy the challenge of helping your clients develop online solutions relevant to their business. Working with the Account Director, you will assist in shaping the development of overall client objectives and the on-going strategic direction of the account you lead. You will be the key client contact on a day-to-day level, with overall responsibility of managing and responding to client briefs, service issues and quality deliverables. Responsible for developing and strengthening client relationships, you will lead in ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications
- Min 3-5 years work experience in Account Servicing in an online or traditional advertising agency
- A strong foundation in traditional marketing and a solid and continuously developing knowledge of the internet and new media technology
- Excellent writing, communication, and people management skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Media Studies, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent
