What we did…
The vision was to make malaysiaairlines.com the most
cost efficient and effective online channel for engaging (customer experience),
building customer preference for MAS and driving purchase in travel related
areas.
The Idea
XM worked with Malaysia Airlines to not only revamp the
site, but to enhance the site's performance and user experience and raise
Malaysia Airlines brand experience online via it’s 22 country sites & in
8 languages.
In addition to a building a consumer centric experience site we implemented
the Interwoven CMS, built a Fare Management Tool, Omniture Analytics and
Surveys.
