Rich Media Developer
You have a deep understanding of the medium and the technology to help produce creative and innovative solutions to client problems. You must be able to communicate equally well with both the technical and creative teams and be an integral part of projects from brief to delivery. You are expected to be equipped with the skill-sets to handle and produce projects, involving both web authoring as well as rich media development (mainly in Macromedia Flash). You will be fully involved in the creative process from brief to delivery. You are proactive in devising and realizing new ways to solve client problems using advanced multimedia and data-handling techniques. The ability to adhere to technical and security guidelines and procedures as determined by the technical lead will be important.

Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Web Authoring – XML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Macromedia Flash Programming (Actionscript)
- Working knowledge of a variety of operating systems, browsers, FTP clients and other web tools
- Meticulous working habits and fanatical attention to compliancy, standards and details
